Beyond dismantling, we also handle the packing and container loading of used parts, and manage the entire shipping process—so you don’t have to worry about logistics. The number of vehicles that can be loaded per container depends on your specific dismantling preferences.
All dismantling, packaging, and container loading operations are carried out at SSS JAPAN’s dedicated yard in Toyama.

Process
At SSS JAPAN, our team can place bids and purchase vehicles on your behalf upon request. We source cars from standard auctions, recycling auctions, and occasionally even acquire individual parts from platforms like Yahoo Auctions.
Once your vehicle arrives at our yard, we upload 30–40 detailed photos and a video of the engine running to your personal customer page—keeping you informed every step of the way.
Dismantling begins once all vehicles scheduled for a container are collected in our yard. The process is carried out according to your specifications. Depending on the complexity, our skilled staff can dismantle 5–10 vehicles per day.
After loading, containers typically remain in Japan for about one week before departure. Shipping time varies by destination, with an average transit time of 30–35 days.
