Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide in Pakistan, including major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and others.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days for local stock and 10–15 business days for international stock.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we can ship to selected countries. Please contact us directly for international orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

Returns & Refunds

If the part is incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
What is your return policy?
You can return eligible parts within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it’s unused and in original condition.
Who pays the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer bears the return cost.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
